Your Role:

  • Process and record purchase invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with supplier payments.
  • Maintain purchase ledger accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Handle supplier inquiries and build strong vendor relationships.
  • Tackle ad-hoc tasks and assist with payment runs.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.
