Trainee General Operative / Production

We are looking for aProduction/Machine Operatorwithassembly experienceto join our team in theClevedon/Weston area. You will be operating cutting machinery and assembling components to meet production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand and power tools.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Keep your work area clean and follow safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and help with minor machine repairs.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production, engineering, or manufacturing, with basic assembly and tool skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to read technical drawings, and knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
