We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Building Surveyor to carryout Stock Condition Surveys in and around the Bristol, WSM areas.

Day to Day:

To visit housing association properties and carryout a stock condition surveyor

Write a report on findings

Action works to be completed

Managed direct labour and subbies to complete works required

Record all property updates on an in house, housing system

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Suitable construction, building related qualification and qualified Surveyor

Previous experience of domestic condition surveying

Experience of HHSRS and completing assessments

Asbestos knowledge beneficial

Must be computer literate

Must have full UK Driving Licence

Benefits:

37 hours per week
