This role covers both Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare, offering the opportunity to work in a diverse marketplace that ranges from first-time homes to large country properties.Main DutiesGenerate New Business:Proactively register applicants, follow up on incoming leads from our website and other portals, and engage in canvassing activities.Valuations and Listings:Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations.Client EngagementManage and maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and feedback.Sales NegotiationNegotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.Sales ProgressionAssist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with both the vendor and purchaser together with solicitors, mortgage brokers surveyors, and other agents.SkillsDriven and PassionateYou must have a strong drive to succeed, with a passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals.Excellent CommunicatorStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.Business AcumenAbility to identify and capitalise on business opportunities within the local market.Tech-Savvy Proficiency in IT and the ability to embrace new technologies that enhance business operations.Social Media Skills:A good understanding of social media platforms is advantageous.If you are interested please click APPLY
