We are delighted to be working with our client in Weston-super-Mare who are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The Sales Support Executive role attracts a salary of £28k per annum plus commission with OTE being at least £40k. The successful candidate must hold a UK Driving Licence.

The Sales Support Executive role duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Supporting the Managing Director with enquiries received via telephone and email.
  • Obtain prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently up to the point of despatch.
  • Compose tenders for new works
  • Identifying and generating leads through data and trend analysis
  • Networking and marketing, converting them into key accounts
  • Account management
  • Occasional site visits
  • Coordinate and lead service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction

The successful Sales Support Executive is likely to have the following skills:

  • Customer service and telesales
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Work well in a team and as an individual
  • Good IT skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload
  • Able to develop client relationships and increase sales

The successful candidate is likely to be able to carry out various other tasks including despatching goods and assisting with in-coming deliveries when required. There is room for progression in this role for the right candidate.
