TSR Legal is pleased to be working with a prestigious firm in Weston-super-Mare that is searching for a seasoned Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. This firm prides itself on a culture that values collaboration and client satisfaction. Successful candidates will be responsible for a diverse range of duties that include:

• Managing property sales and purchases from inception to completion.
• Handling re-mortgages, equity release, and lease extensions.
• Providing expert advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including complex issues.
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and title deeds.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Managing a substantial caseload with autonomy while meeting deadlines.
• Supporting junior members of the team and offering guidance when necessary.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidates must be qualified Solicitors or CILEx with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE), demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of all areas of residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and possess the ability to manage a substantial caseload with autonomy.
