Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Weston-super-Mare to join our client on a 4-week temporary basis. You will be required to make and answer customer calls, providing them with empathy whilst managing their expectations and ensuring they have a positive experience.
The hourly rate is £12.21 per hour and is a full-time, temporary position.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Salary: £12.21 per hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Contract Type: Temporary, minimum 4 weeks
- Location: Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Providing a high level of customer service in all customer contact situations, delivering total customer satisfaction
- Delivering a high standard of both inbound and outbound calls, in a professional, confident and friendly manner
- Achieving and exceeding agreed personal and team targets
- Communicating clearly and openly and displaying excellent listening skills at all times
- Ensuring all customer details are captured and updated appropriately
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- You should have excellent communication skills
- Ideally, you will have previous customer service experience and be able to provide quality service to customers
- The ability to work well under pressure is required
- Being able to work alone and within a team is required
- Good IT knowledge is preferred
