This role is part-time, working 25 hours per week.

Day to day duties of the role

  • To provide a responsive reception service ensuring exemplary standards which exceed customer expectations, and maintain the Colleges outstanding reputation.
  • To assist switchboard services to ensure the achievement of a minimum standard of 95% answer rate.
  • To provide a clerical support to the CIS team where required.
  • To assist with all communication services including, but not limited to, Livechat, email and WhatsApp.
