Day-to-day of the role:- Assist teachers in preparing and setting up resources for lessons.
- Support individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
- Observe and manage classroom behaviours and interactions.
- Assist with the organisation and management of the classroom environment.
- Provide feedback to teachers on students' progress and challenges.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working environments.
