Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: Up to £45k

I am actively seeking a Senior Structural Technician to join a thriving and successful Multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy located in Weston-Super-Mare. My client specialises in a diverse range of commercial, residential, and public sector projects, and you will be responsible for detailing and drafting reinforced concrete structures, creating structural drawings, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Structural Technician:
- Detailing and drafting reinforced concrete structures
- Producing accurate structural drawings
- Collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet requirements
- Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Managing and mentoring a team of technicians
Qualifications and Experience for this Senior Structural Technician role:
- Proficiency in RC detailing and structural drafting
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with AutoCAD & RC Detailing.
- Experience creating structural drawings
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- Experience with AutoCAD, RC Detailing, CADs RC
- Ability to work effectively with engineers and contractors
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
