We are looking for two Account Managers for a leading healthcare recruitment agency.

The business is seeking two dynamic and results-driven Account Managers to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Framework Compliance and Management:

路Ensure all operations are in line with the Framework Agreement RM6281, including adherence to specified deliverables and standards as outlined in the agreement documents.

路Oversee the development and submission of required Transparency Reports and other compliance documentation in a timely manner.

路Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NHS procurement policies, including PPN 01/17 updates to transparency principles.

Liaison with NHS Trusts:

路Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and NHS trusts within the framework.

路Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in NHS trusts to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.

Team Leadership:

路Lead and manage the team responsible for booking healthcare staff, ensuring efficient and accurate placement of nurses and doctors to meet the needs of NHS trusts.

路Handle complaints from both staff and NHS trusts effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of service satisfaction.

Process Improvement:

路Work collaboratively with Salesforce developers to automate and streamline booking processes, complaint handling, and other operational workflows.

路Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.

Reporting and Documentation:

路Prepare regular reports on framework performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.

路Ensure all documentation related to the framework agreement, including insurance certificates and accreditation evidence, is current and submitted as required.

Social Value Priorities:

路Promote and integrate social, environmental, and economic benefits as outlined in the framework鈥檚 social value priorities.

路Ensure that the company's operations under the framework contribute positively to social value initiatives.

Qualifications:

路Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.

路Strong knowledge of NHS procurement policies and frameworks.

路Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

路Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

路Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant software tools.

路Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Salary: 拢30,000 - 拢40,000 DOE
