Our client, based in the South West, is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis from either the Exeter or Weston Super Mare office.
The salary on offer is £45,000 - £51,000 and offers a hybrid working policy of 2 - 3 days per week working from home.
The ideal candidate will have experience business partnering with senior level stakeholders.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting investment and sustainability initiatives and, guiding senior managers and budget holders with essential financial insights
- Delivering financial expertise to advance investment and sustainability strategies
- Partnering with senior managers to address financial performance challenges, ensuring accountability and progress
- Leading the preparation of annual asset management budget and 30-year business plan, supporting long-term and sustainable growth
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Qualified or part qualified and working towards a qualification
- Experience working within the public sector
- Understanding of financial and management accounting, budgeting, variance and ratio analysis, and Value for Money principles

Working hours:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
