Change Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a HR Assistant for a growing Weston-super-Mare based business. This is a newly created role to work alongside the HR Manager to ensure excellent HR support services are provided to the business.Duties include:
- Management of the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment
- Preparing and issuing job offer packs, completing onboarding checks and HR inductions.
- First point of contact for HR administration queries
- Processing of changes to contractual terms accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling employee and line manager queries, escalating to the HR Manager where required
- Note taker in meetings
- Ad-hoc reporting, able to use HR information system to access, input and compile data
The ideal candidate will have some experience within human resources and be keen to learn and develop their career as the business grows. You will be a strong communicator and have excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
