We're working on behalf of a lovely special school based in Weston that are looking for a teacher to join the team in leading DT & Life Skills lessons. The school look after students aged 4-18 years old with a range of special needs & disabilities.
The school are a wonderful team that are incredibly well respected in the local community. Having placed a number of candidates there over the years, we can confidently say how lovely the school is!
The role
This vacancy is for a teacher to lead DT & Life Skills lessons to a range of ages. The school are flexible when it comes to a candidates subject specialism. For example, if DT is not your not your subject specialism, it can be organised so that lessons plans are provided for you to follow.
What is important though is that you have experience teaching SEND students and preferably hold a QTS. You would be ably supported by a permanent TA that knows the school and students well. This is for an immediate start so please get in touch ASAP!
