Pay Rate - 14.42-15.63 per hour
Location - Weston-Super-Mare (BS23)

Gi Group are recruiting for well-established and growing company specialising in residential and commercial property maintenance, renovation, and improvement services. Looking for skilled and reliable Multi-Trade labourers with strong carpentry skills to join a team who are committed to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. Pay Rate - 14.42-15.63 per hour, paid weekly
Hours of work - 8am-5pm
Days of work - Monday - Friday
Location - Weston-Super-Mare (BS23) - but need to be willing to travel as projects arise - a van will be provided if required
Type of Contract - Ongoing temporary with potential for a permanent role

Key Responsibilities of a Skilled Labourer:
* Cut and install Aqua boards on walls.
* General maintenance and repairs.
* Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
* Assist with any other duties as required by the team or management.

Skills & Experience Required of a Skilled Labourer:
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Person, with a focus on carpentry - desired but not essential.
* Experience in general maintenance tasks across other trades (e.g., plumbing, tiling, basic electrical).
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence;
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
