Looking for skilled and reliable Multi-Trade labourers with strong carpentry skills to join a team who are committed to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. The client we are working with are passionate about creating a diverse working environment and are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.Pay Rate - £14.42-15.63 per hour, paid weeklyHours of work - 8am-5pm Days of work - Monday - FridayLocation - Weston-Super-Mare (BS23) - but need to be willing to travel as projects arise - a van will be provided if requiredType of Contract - Ongoing temporary with potential for a permanent roleKey Responsibilities of a Skilled Labourer:* Cut and install Aqua boards on walls.* General maintenance and repairs.* Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard.* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.* Assist with any other duties as required by the team or management.Skills & Experience Required of a Skilled Labourer:* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Person, with a focus on carpentry - desired but not essential.* Experience in general maintenance tasks across other trades (e.g., plumbing, tiling, basic electrical).* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Full UK driving licence;* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.If you're enthusiastic about the position but find that your experience or skills don't align perfectly with the listed requirements, we encourage you to still apply.
