Abatec is currently recruiting for Operatives for our client based in Emersons Green area. This full-time role offers competitive pay rates and excellent benefits.
Pay and Hours:
- Starting pay rate: 13.21 per hour
- Overtime pay: 18.49 per hour (after 41.25 hours)
- Daily Bonus scheme available
- Monday to Friday: Shift pattern: 4 days on, 6:15am - 5:30pm
- No weekends required
Duties
- Clean and strip down offal into different animal bi-product categories
- Accurately label products for correct placement in relevant containers
- Harvest, process, and distribute natural casings and meat products
- Maintain and sanitise production areas to ensure cleanliness
- Handle manure, animal stomachs, and intestines
Requirements:
- Own transport is required to arrive on time for shifts
- Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided
