Although this is a full-time role, we would consider appointing on a part-time basis.

Day to day duties of the role

  • Leading on day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders; Employers, Local Authority, DWP, JCP, SEETEC, UWE administration.
  • Leading on a variety of projects and providing co-ordination on larger projects to support the Assistant Principal.
  • Assuring the quality of data within the wider Adult Studies provision.
  • Ensuring that effective data processes are implemented and robustly complied with audit requirements

Required skills and qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience of audit and compliance processes.
  • Experience of managing projects.
  • Relevant experience of electronic tracking and e- portfolio systems.
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
