Although this is a full-time role, we would consider appointing on a part-time basis, and also on a term time only basis.
Day to day duties of the role
- Leading on day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders; Employers, Local Authority, DWP, JCP, SEETEC, UWE administration.
- Leading on a variety of projects and providing co-ordination on larger projects to support the Assistant Principal.
- Assuring the quality of data within the wider Adult Studies provision.
- Ensuring that effective data processes are implemented and robustly complied with audit requirements
Required skills and qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of audit and compliance processes.
- Experience of managing projects.
- Relevant experience of electronic tracking and e-portfolio systems.
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
