Abatec is currently looking for aTrainee Quality Inspectorfor our client based in Yatton.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a steady shift pattern Monday to Friday.
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift shift pattern
- Training provided
- Overtime available
In this role, you will work closely with the QC and Production team, take responsibility for quality control and inspection of products, supporting the daily operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control inspections on materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work closely with the production and quality team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools for assembly, testing, and inspection.
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, for completion of reporting and communications.
- Follow all company policies, including safety and quality guidelines.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production environment would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
