Job Title: Criminal Duty Solicitor Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + Bonus for out of ours call outs + Bonus structure. Location: Weston Super Mare, Hybrid/field based. Hours: Full time, may include evenings and weekends
About our ClientDue to expansion, a well established multi practice law firm, with office across the South West are looking to bring in another Criminal Duty solicitor to their highly reputable team. This is an ideal position for a Qualified Duty Solicitor within Criminal Law that is looking to join a firm that understands the shire demands of this job. Due to this, they are flexible and allow you to work from home when you are not out on police station visits or in court as well as providing you with secretaries and assistant for additional support.
The RoleYou will be covering Duty Solicitor rota slots at court and at the police stationAdvocacy in court Police station interview call outs
To be considered for this position you must;* Be a UK qualified solicitor and hold a practicing certificate as well as Duty qualified. * You must be comfortable field based across the South West area. * Comfortable working out of hours.
