Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, Our client is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive specialising in contentious probate, property litigation, professional negligence and/or commercial contract claims to join our well established team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience of running their own caseload in one or more of these specialisms of litigation and be able to work with minimal supervision. The role would provide the opportunity to have direct client contact with a varied but manageable caseload. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with good IT skills.
The role will also include assisting the Partners with the development and continued growth of the Dispute Resolution Department in Bristol and Somerset.
