Conveyancing Property Solicitor/Lawyer - North Somerset I'm looking to speak with Junior and Senior Residential Conveyancers/Property Lawyers interested in joining a well-established law firm, with a stronghold in the Burnham-On-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare areas, to join their busy property team.The roles have come about due to continued high demand, coupled with an upcoming senior leadership opportunity, presenting an excellent opportunity for a capable solicitor to take on a substantial caseload and contribute to the firm's future growth.The firm has a long-standing presence in the region, boasting excellent relationships with local estate agents and handling a steady flow of residential property work, with a small proportion of commercial matters. The caseload is varied, covering a broad spectrum of conveyancing matters.With a preference for candidates enthusiastic to grow into their role, the ideal individual will not only be technically proficient but also possess an entrepreneurial spirit to help develop and shape the department.There is strong potential for career progression, including future partnership opportunities, making this an attractive role for an ambitious lawyer looking for a long-term home where they can make a tangible impact.The property team consists of seven fee earners, with five focused exclusively on residential work. There is existing administrative support, and the role will allow the successful candidate to work alongside experienced colleagues. The firm itself comprises 20-25 staff members across two offices and has a well-established reputation for providing a personal, client-focused service.Salary is dependent on experience, and targets for this role sit in the low to mid £100k's at the junior end, increasing to £200k at a senior level.
