Day to Day:

The work will involve overseeing the assets and facilities in the Bristol and Somerset areas.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Day to day management of buildings
  • Management of contracts and contractors
  • Experience of commercial asset management
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Experience and working knowledge of building compliance
  • Facilities or mechanical related qualification required
  • NEBOSH or H&S qualification desirable
