A requirement has presented itself with a regional contractor who are embarking on a project on a sport centre near Weston supermare. The sports centre is a part demolition and refurbishment. The project is around 5million in value and will run for around 6months.
The individual will need an element of project management skills as they will be involved with the client, some pre construction and working alongside the financial team at points. You will need to have managed similar projects before. The certificate requires are SMSTS, CSCS + First aid.
The start will be in the next week.
