SITE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY - 55,000 + Package Leading Regional Contractor | Weston-Super-Mare
Walker & Sloan are currently working with a respected regional contractor on an exciting "Site Manager" position. Having met with their Construction Director yesterday, I can share that this role offers genuine progression opportunities - their last two Site Managers were promoted to Project Managers within 18 months.
The Role: You'll be taking on a refurbishment / renovation project working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to really make this site your own while having senior support when needed. The site team is already established with an experienced Assistant Site Managers in place.
The Package: The role offers a salary up to 55,000 plus a generous package including car allowance, healthcare, 25 days holiday, and a performance bonus.
About the Company: They're a stable regional contractor with an impressive 40-year track record in the South West. They've just secured a further 50m of work, making this an excellent time to join. Their staff retention rate speaks volumes - currently averaging 7+ years for site management positions.

What You'll Need: SMSTS and First Aid are essential. While they'd prefer someone from a new build housing background, they're primarily looking for someone who can demonstrate strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
