Your Role As A Chief Engineer Will Include:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers
- Analysing data to assess vehicle performance
- Overseeing maintenance schedules and ensuring timely repairs and servicing
- Manage resources and inventory
The Successful Chief Engineer Will Have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a PSV management role.
- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.
- NVQ Level 3 / IRTEC Advanced qualification
- Excellent communication skills
