Role Summary:The University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Weston General Hospital. In this role, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to a diverse patient population, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to determine patients’ needs and functional capabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' independence and quality of life.
