We are seeking an Administrator to assist with transition to an online system. This role is crucial for ensuring that personnel records are compliant and effectively managed during the transition. Training will be provided to facilitate the successful implementation of the new system.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Review and organise current personnel folders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Input data from paper-based systems into an online system.
  • Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of the new system during the transition phase.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR and payroll information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR or payroll.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in using office and HR software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
