Role profile/Description:

Acting as the interface between the Station supervisors and temporary workforce you will ensure maximum client satisfaction by monitoring and answer our agencies and client queries, and managing staff sickness and absence to ensure all shifts are fulfilled. This role will help to drive and deliver on Client expectations and ensure they are exceededPay rate: £13.33phLocation: Work from home

Hours of work - based on a rotating roster (we are looking for x2 part time staff to rotate/work shifts between them. 20 hours each per week)

    • Monday - Friday 0530am-0930am
    • Saturday & Sunday 0800am-1700pm

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and tracking Sickness/Absence/Lateness
  • Updating daily forecasts of shift fulfilment
  • Monitoring agency and management WhatsApp groups whilst ensuring the Groups are kept professional
  • Approving any online holiday requests that are submitted through the new holiday procedure.
  • Sending out any updated communications or timetable amendments to the workforce provided by the client.
  • Sending a detailed handover at the end of each shift to all Adecco team.
  • Managing the clock ins for all staff whilst they are on shift, clocking in where the worker is unable to do so themselves. Ensuring that the time is saved down correctly on our scheduling system and any lateness, sickness, hand backs are recorded accordingly.
  • Supporting with shift hand backs, unfilled shifts, open shifts, unconfirmed shifts.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to deal with staff and Managers at all levels
  • Good Organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise a busy workload
  • Enthusiastic and positive
  • Excellent Customer Service and influencing skills
  • A good knowledge of the Microsoft products
  • Computer literate
