IntSol Recruitment is seeking Passenger Assistants to join a School Transportation Team in Bedminster, Bristol, covering Weston Super Mare and Nailsea areas.
The role involves split shifts from Monday to Friday, working from 07:45 to 09:45 and 14:15 to 16:15, with a minimum of 6 hours paid per day.
The position offers a PAYE pay rate of £12.50 per hour and an umbrella assignment rate of £16.25 per hour, along with weekly pay and holiday pay entitlement.
Candidates must pass a DVLA D4 Medical, have an Enhanced DBS, and possess experience working with children or vulnerable adults with SEN.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations are essential for this rewarding yet challenging role.

Passenger Assistant Requirements:

Required to pass DVLA D4 Medical (If successful)
Enhanced DBS
Experience of working with Children/vulnerable adults with SEN.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to remain calm in a challenging situation
