POSITION OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compliance coordinator at our Organisation. The Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that Enigma Clinical Solutions adheres to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position involves developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote awareness of compliance obligations and support compliance training initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations, legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance programs remain effective and up-to-date.
  • Lead efforts to resolve compliance issues and recommend corrective actions as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant frameworks.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
