Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Lettings Consultant to join a reputable Estate Agent in Weston-Super-Mare. The ideal candidate will take on a hands-on role managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency while supporting less experienced staff members.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Oversee an allocated portfolio of properties, ensuring they are managed effectively and efficiently.
Landlord and Tenant Liaison: Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve property maintenance issues and other queries promptly.
Insurance Renewals: Handle the renewal process for landlord insurance policies.
End-of-Tenancy Coordination: Facilitate the processes required when tenancies conclude, liaising with both tenants and landlords.
Enquiry Resolution: Respond to and resolve queries from landlords and tenants.
Team Support: Mentor and assist less experienced team members.
Viewing Arrangements: Book property viewings from online registrations and conduct viewings in person.
Compliance Checks: Verify tenants' right to rent in accordance with regulations.
Walk-Ins: Engage with prospective tenants and landlords visiting the branch.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
