Job Specification: Property ManagerLocation: Weston Super MareWorking Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, plus 1 in 6 Saturdays 9 am – 1 pmSalary: Up to £26,000As a Property Manager, you will oversee the management of over 900 properties across five branches, spanning from Bristol to Burnham on Sea. You will directly manage a portfolio of 225 properties, building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Your role will involve providing expert guidance throughout the tenancy, ensuring a high standard of service.Main Duties:Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties.Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance, actions required, and resolve issues accordingly.Arrange property inspections and report feedback to landlords.Ensure all legal compliances are up to date.Handle renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements.Liaise with tenants and landlords at the end of tenancies.Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries.Ensure Right to Rent checks are carried out for each tenant and reviewed in line with guidance.The Successful Candidate Will Have:Excellent customer service skills.Strong organizational skills.Effective problem-solving abilities.Articulate communication skills.IT literacy.Preferably, experience in lettings.Training:Regular in-house and online training is provided, along with the requirement to achieve a Property Qualification equivalent to a Level 3 NVQ.If you are interested, please click APPLY.
