A growing and well respected Healthcare recruitment agency is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with immediate effect due to substantial opportunities through frameworks that are now accessible.

This organisation provide both temporary and permanent staffing services into the likes of Care homes, nursing homes, residential homes, mental health units across the South West area - in both temporary and permanent staffing service provision.

This role is as a result of growth owing to recent large contract wins. You will be given access to a database of businesses that you can sell to through the framework agreement as opposed to anything completely cold.

The business has seen rapid growth over the last 5 years and have also been able to open an overseas office alongside taking their temporary worker talent pool to in excess of 200+ people. Great development opportunities are on offer for the right candidate as they continue to expand.

Ideal candidates will have relevant stakeholder management experience and strong business development skills with proven transferable skills. You will have a stable work history and will be able to demonstrate where you have added value to an employer through Sales performance and relationship building skills.

This role is a mixture of office based, face to face and hybrid home working. You will get out to see clients across your network and will expense any travel for such meetings but note there is no car as part of the package. Instead you can expect a base salary range 40-60k plus bonus/commission plus benefits, plus excellent development opportunities.

NB ideal candidates will have experience selling a consultative service solution into the Healthcare arena.
