We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female PE Teacher to inspire and nurture the athletic abilities of our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and fitness, along with the ability to deliver high-quality physical education to young learners. This school is a mainstream secondary school where you will be expected to teach anything from Y7-11.Â
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons to students across a range of ages and abilities.
- Promote the importance of health, fitness, and well-being among students.
- Organise and coordinate sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and encouragement to foster development.
- Maintain a safe and organised environment for all physical activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physical education with other school programs.
- Act as a role model, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards physical activity.
- A degree in Physical Education or related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching PE in a school setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in physical education.
