About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students stay engaged with their work and maintaining a positive, orderly classroom environment.
This Cover supervisor role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about working with young people and are seeking a rewarding, flexible position in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring they stay on task with their work.
Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people (ideal but not essential).
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Confidence in supporting studentsā learning and well-being.
