We are looking for an experienced Senior Support worker/support worker who is pasionate about their work and wishes to progress their career in the health care sector.

What we are looking for in our Senior Support Worker:
- You must have experience in similar settings and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully achieving a supportive and hands on leadership role.
- Work together with individuals to encourage and follow their bespoke support packages.
- Have or be working towards Level 3 NVQ Health and Social Care qualification.
- Must be a driver
