Support a Reception student with SEN during afternoon sessions in a nurturing and supportive school. Key responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 support tailored to the child’s learning and emotional needs.

Engaging the student in classroom and social activities to promote development.

Collaborating with the teacher and SEN team to review and adapt support strategies.

Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering independence.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role.

Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting SEN students.

Effective communication skills to liaise with staff and parents.
