Abatec are currently looking to recruit a Support Administrator for our client based just outside of Weston Super Mare (Rooksbridge)
You will be providing support and assistance to all customers and clients as well as working closely with contractors/engineers to raise responsive repairs and maintenance orders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day administration tasks and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Dealing with customer enquirers regarding all aspects of housing management.
- Handling email and telephone queries.
- Dealing with change of tenancy requests and preparing documentation.
- Maintaining and managing several Excel spreadsheets to provide accurate information.
- Process and resolve any complaints
- Carrying out customer surveys and monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong administration and customer service experience.
- Previous experience in the housing sector would be an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- IT Literate (Microsoft office, specifically excel and word)
This is a Permanent role based at our clients Rooks Bridge Office with Working Days Mon-Fri.
