This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Day to day duties of the role

  • Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with College objectives, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimising supplier relationships.
  • Support with supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management processes to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support and inform the negotiation of favourable terms and conditions for contracts and procurement deals, drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to mitigate risks and maximise value.
  • Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
