Our client is a multi-disciplined Environmental Consultancy who specialise in providing LEV services across Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites. They are now seeking to take on a qualified and hard working LEV Engineer to cover the South West region. The successful candidate will hold the BOHS P601 qualification and will have extensive experience carrying out local exhaust ventilation system examination and testing in line with relevant HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines. Our client can offer excellent holiday allowance, company vehicle, and further training and career progression.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bridgewater, Minehead, Ilminster, Yeovil, Shaftesbury, Shepton Mallet, Trowbridge, Bath, Bristol, Chippenham, Malbrough, Devizes, Andover, Warminster, Sailsbury, Swindon, Cirencester, Strouf, Cheltenham, Gloucester.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold the BOHS P601 qualification.
" Experience working hands on as a LEV Testing Engineer for a reputable provider of LEV services.
" Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of HSG 258 / COSHH guidelines.
" IT literate.
" Excellent communication & time management skills.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out examination and testing of local exhaust ventilation (LEV) systems.
" Testing indoor quality.
" Undertaking fault-finding on site, ensuring to rectify issues in a timely manner.
" Working in line with COSHH / HSG 258 guidelines.
" Using information from site to produce in-depth technical reports.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent support and advice when required.
