Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location: Weston-Super-Mare

Contract Type: Fulltime, Permanent

Hours: 7:30am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday, early finish (half day) on one day between Monday and Thursday. No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:

 

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and robotic systems to minimize downtime.

 

Troubleshooting & Repair:

  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly to maintain production flow.

 

Preventative Maintenance:

  • Carry out scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent production delays.

 

Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards in all maintenance activities.

 

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting (experience in aerospace engineering/manufacturing is a plus but not required).
