SENIOR FINANCE PROFESSIONAL (Who doesn't mind being called an "accountant")

  • You'll be responsible for producing annual accounts and maintain the integrity of various financial ledgers and balance sheet accounts 
  • You'll manage all tax related matters (VAT, Corporation Tax) and oversee treasury management and to ensure the organisation actually has the cash to see their exciting planned projects come to fruition.
  • You'll lead a small team of four (one will report directly to you)
YOU (ideally)
  • You'll be CCAB/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a flair (and interest!) for technical accounting
  • You'll have significant experience with financial accounts and have survived at least a few challenging audit cycles
  • You can analyse complex financial transactions 
NICE TO HAVE (but please still apply if you don't tick all of the boxes)
  • Experience with charity financial reporting
  • Public sector financial knowledge
  • Understanding of charity taxation
  • Treasury management experience
You'll be working for a large national organisation based in a nice location with a sizeable operating budget and free onsite parking. You'll be on site likely 2 - 3 days per week and there is flexible in working so part time and compressed hours could be considered.OTHER BENEFITS
