Research Consultant

Newman Stewart are currently seeking a research consultant. If you are thorough, commercially astute and enjoy finding innovative solutions to existing problems then this could be an ideal role for you.

The role of research consultant plays a pivotal part in our team structure and is extremely varied, with a high degree of autonomy around how you deliver on the goals you've been set.

The Role:

  • Assist in the preparation of assignment briefs
  • Assist in the preparation of adverts where appropriate
  • Research and compile target company lists
  • Research and compile name identification lists
  • Source relevant candidates by utilising all available resources
  • Conduct pre-screening telephone and/or MS Teams interviews
  • Interview and assess relevant candidates and draw up shortlists
  • Compile shortlist reports for Clients
  • Keep the Client Team updated on assignment progress
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports as required per assignment
  • Review and manage advert applications

  • Comfortable using research technology (linkedin recruiter, etc)
