We are currently recruiting for an exciting Sales Executive role on behalf of a premium importer, wholesaler, and eCommerce business specializing in Spanish food and drink. This growing company is expanding its sales team and is looking for a passionate, driven individual to help build and maintain customer relationships, while contributing to the growth of the business.


The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of customers, handling inbound enquiries and building strong relationships to drive sales. You'll be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities through a proactive approach. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound calls, emails, and live chat enquiries.
  • Building rapport with customers and providing quotes to maximise sales.
  • Proactively seeking new sales opportunities, including re-engaging dormant accounts and targeting prospective clients.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Managing and updating the CRM system to ensure a quality customer database.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to solve problems and ensure a smooth customer experience.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport with customers. You will need to be highly motivated, organised, and adaptable, with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales and customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrable sales achievements and target-driven attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Team player with excellent listening, negotiation, and organisational skills.
