On offer is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a housing construction company experiencing a period of excessive growth, working projects ranging from small scale housing refurbishments, conversions, and renovations all the way to large scale commercial builds, conversions, and renovations, with the added benefit of a generous yearly salary, a car allowance, and training on the company expertise.
In this role you will be responsible for reviewing project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost estimates, analyzing labour, materials, and cost requirements for company projects, liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather information for company projects, preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiation documents, as well as maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and costs.
This role would suit an Estimator from a construction background with experience in new-build housing looking to join a company at a pivotal point of growth, with the added benefit of a car allowance and training in the company's expertise.
The role
- Reviewing project plans, specifications, and documents ensuring detailed cost estimates
