Salary: Circa £32,000 to £39,000 dependent on skills and experience + bonus + Company pension and private health care
Daily travel required to/from our Wetherby head office – MUST LIVE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE

North East Heating Solutions is seeking an Electrician or Electrician's mate to join our team. You will be responsible for working with our team completing electrical installations in the North East of England.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and with a background in electrical work in a domestic environment. Able to develop a good working relationship to work alongside other members of the team. We cover domestic heating installations from Nottingham to Northumberland so there is daily travel required from our site in Wetherby.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of all electrical components of our heating solutions, from concept to completion.
Additionally, you will ensure the execution of all project tasks related to electrical component installations.
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Work with the Installation manager to complete all tasks to a high quality
- Complete the installation of all electrical components in compliance with industry and building standards
- Provide support to contract partners and installation technicians
- Assist with installation timeline and cost to optimise profitability
- Analyse customer specifications and evaluate risk associated with the installation of components
- Ensure safety standards are met by evaluating job sites and installation procedures
- Liaise with customers and listen to their needs to ensure jobs are completed to customer’s full satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 18th Edition, CSCS Card
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (desired but not essential)
- Proven knowledge of electrical installation work in the North East of England
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
- Full driving license (maximum 6 points)
