An exciting opportunity has arisen for this Yorkshire based events company who are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to support the MD. A newly created post, this is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual who will act as the right-hand support to the MD. This hybrid-based role will be pivotal to managing the day-to-day activities with the office to managing stakeholders and all administrative functions. The role is varied and the opportunities to develop are vast; key duties will include;

  • Managing the MD's diary and inbox
  • Handling essential correspondence
  • Serving as the first point of contact for key clients, sponsors, and partners
  • Preparing and running sales reports
  • Providing insights and analysis to aid in business decisions.
  • Producing spreadsheets for the wider operations team.
  • Organising, attending, and minuting meetings as required
  • Assisting in coordinating various business projects
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the wider team, handling enquiries and ensuring smooth communication flow throughout the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and engaging EA who is looking to join this fast paced, creative, and energetic organisation. Working Monday- Friday 9-5.30, although a degree of flexibility can be offered. Due to the location a car driver is essential, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Up to 5 years EA experience
  • Highly proactive, & organised
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/sales reporting tools is advantageous
