We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established Financial Services firm who are looking to recruit a Part Time IFA Administrator to join their small team in Wetherby

Providing client centric advice, this firm really puts their client's interests first and they are looking for a Financial Services Administrator, ideally with knowledge of Pensions and Investments, who shares their passion for building long term relationships.

Working on a part time basis with flexible hours the role includes:

  • Processing new business
  • Generally administration
  • Produce illustrations and valuations
  • Dealing with general client queries
  • Dealing with LOAs
  • Creating meeting packs
  • Liaising with product providers

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar admin role is essential
